We're confident you'll love Kaladé. But if your skin doesn't agree, we've got you. If you've tried a product and it's not working for your skin, return it within 30 days of delivery with at least 80% remaining and we'll refund you in full - no drama.

Changed Your Mind? No Stress.
Hadn't opened it and changed your mind? No problem. You've got 30 days from delivery. Product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.

Return Postage
Return postage for Our 30-Day Skin Guarantee and Change of Mind is at the customer's expense unless your item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service and keep your tracking number - Kaladé is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You'll be notified via email once done. If you've opted for an exchange, a link to complete your order will be emailed to you - any outstanding balance must be paid before your exchange is sent.


International Orders - Duties & Taxes
Any duties, customs or taxes paid on your original order won't be refunded by Kaladé. You may be able to claim a refund through your country's customs office - we recommend checking with them directly.


Received a Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item?
We're on it. Email our Customer Care team info@kalade.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo or video of the product. If confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we'll cover return postage and send out a replacement.
