Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • USA
  • Canada
  • UK
  • South Africa
  • Philippines
  • EU

If your country isn’t listed and you would like to purchase our products, please send us an email. We are always reviewing our international strategy and are always looking to open up in new markets where we see demand.

How long does shipping take?

Although we will always do our best to get your order packed and sent the same day, sometimes this is just not possible. In which case your order will be processed as soon as possible, which can be up to 3 days from the order (excludes weekends). Delivery speed times are from the time of collection by Australia Post. Delivery speed times are as follows (these times are not guaranteed, and outcomes are in the hands of Australia Post and/or the postal authority in your country):

Within Australia & New Zealand

Standard 2-6 business days

Express 1-3 business days 

International

Express (DHL) 2-4 business days within major areas of major cities (longer for regions outside these areas)

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout; however the following guidelines can be used:

Within Australia

For all orders, a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping will be applied.

Express Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15.  

New Zealand

For all orders a flat rate of $13 NZD for standard shipping will be applied.

Express Shipping (DHL) will be charged at a flat rate of $18 NZD. 

USA, Canada, UK, Ireland & Philippines

Express shipping (DHL) will be charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD (up to 2 kg or 4.4 lbs). 

South Africa & EU

Express shipping (DHL) will be charged at a flat rate of $40 AUD (up to 2 kg). 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, all shipped items can be tracked. You will be provided with tracking details post checkout.

What about duties and taxes?

Orders outside Australia are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This allows for duties and taxes to be calculated at checkout and paid at this stage of your purchase. KALADÉ does not cover these charges. These charges vary from country to country. Some orders will be completely exempt while others will attract a charge. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and KALADÉ has no influence on these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
