Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I use Kaladé products?

Absolutely. Our formulas are made with sensitive skin in mind - gentle, effective, and dermatologist-backed. Every skin is unique. We recommend patch testing before use. If irritation occurs, please complete our Adverse Reaction Form here.

Q: Are your products safe for children?

They sure are. We love a simple routine for younger skin - gentle cleansing and hydrating are key. Our Cleanse + Moisturise Bundle is a great starter duo for teens just beginning their skincare journey. Every skin is unique. We recommend patch testing before use. Q: Can I use your products if I have eczema or dermatitis?

We know how tricky sensitive skin can be. Many customers with eczema or dermatitis have found our formulas gentle and supportive, but every skin is different. We recommend patch testing first and checking in with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure. If your skin reacts, please complete our Adverse Reaction Form so our team can help.

Q: How long will it take to see results?

Everyone’s skin is different, but with consistent use most people notice their skin feeling calmer and more hydrated straight away. Visible improvements usually appear within 2–4 weeks. For bigger glow-ups - like smoother texture, fading scars, or fewer breakouts - give it more time. Skin works in cycles, so sticking with your routine is the best way to see long-term results.

Q: Will my skin purge when I start using Kaladé?

Purging can sometimes happen when you introduce active ingredients like AHAs or BHAs - it’s your skin speeding up its renewal process. Most Kaladé products are formulated to be gentle and barrier-supportive, so many customers don’t experience it. If you’re unsure, introduce one new product at a time and listen to how your skin responds. Q: Do I need sunscreen if I’m using Kaladé products?

Yes - always. Daily SPF is non-negotiable - especially if you're using exfoliating serums like our PM Serum. Kaladé doesn’t currently offer SPF (yet 😉), we recommend pairing your routine with a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning to keep your results (and your skin barrier) protected.

Q: Do your products contain fragrance?

Our IYKYK Daily Moisturiser and Glow Up Face Oil are both fragrance free. Our Hydration Era Body Moisturiser and CEO Cleanser are both lightly fragranced using the essential oil Ylang Ylang, which also has amazing benefits for your skin. If you’re sensitive to scent, you’ll love how calm and gentle Kaladé feels on the skin.

Our Goldy AM Serum and Dream PM Serum also contain a small amount of added fragrance. It’s there to enhance your skincare ritual with a fresh, clean scent - but it’s used in low concentrations to stay gentle and respectful of sensitive types. 

Q: Are your products made in Australia?

Yes! All of our skincare is proudly formulated and made right here in Australia. By keeping production local, we’re able to support Australian manufacturing while meeting strict Aussie skincare standards - so you can trust what’s in every tub.

Q: Do you test on animals?

Never. Kaladé is 100% cruelty-free - always has been, always will be. We do not test on animals at any stage of production.

Q: Why does the jar look bigger than the amount of product inside?

Great question — and totally fair! Our IYKYK Moisturiser (and a few other Kaladé faves) are packaged in airless pump jars, which are designed to protect your skincare and enhance performance.

While the net weight is exactly what’s listed on the label (e.g. 50ml), the outer jar may appear larger than expected. Here’s why:

  • The airless pump mechanism takes up internal space
  • An internal disc pushes the product up from the bottom
  • The outer shell adds extra protection against air and light

The result? You get every last drop, with zero contamination and no guessing how much is left.

So even if the jar looks larger than 50ml, rest assured:

  • You’re getting the exact amount stated on the label
  • The packaging is designed with purpose
  • It’s built to protect your product and keep your routine as clean and effective as possible

Black Friday Terms & Conditions

These supplementary Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Kaladé Black Friday Sale, which begins 6:00am AEST Friday 28 November 2025 ends 06:00am AEST Saturday 29 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).


These Terms also apply to VIP Early Access, commencing 6:00pm AEST Thursday 27 November 2025.


Where any details differ from our standard Terms & Conditions, these Black Friday Terms will override them for all purchases made during the Promotion Period.

ORDERS

1. You are responsible for ensuring all personal and order details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. If information is missing or incorrect, we may not be able to adjust or amend your order. Additional verification may be required in some circumstances.

2. Please confirm that your delivery address and delivery instructions are correct before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is entered, Kaladé is not obliged to resend or replace the order at our cost. Due to high demand and automated warehouse processes, we cannot modify or update orders once they are submitted. If an error is discovered after checkout, you may contact our customer care team, however changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Some couriers may allow adjustments via their own self-service tools. Kaladé is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details entered at checkout.

3. All orders must be placed and finalised within the Promotion Period to receive Black Friday pricing. Items in your cart are not held and may sell out before checkout is complete. A confirmation email containing your order number will be sent once your purchase has been successfully processed.

4. Due to significantly increased traffic during the Black Friday Sale, certain products may sell out rapidly. We cannot guarantee restocks or future availability, and no rainchecks are available on discounted items.

5. On rare occasions, simultaneous checkout activity may result in overselling. If this occurs, the affected item will be refunded, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

6. Kaladé reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, and we will notify you accordingly.

7. Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale are treated as final sale and can only be returned for store credit, provided they meet all applicable return criteria. Refunds for change of mind are not permitted. Due to the nature of skincare, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

SHIPPING

1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. During peak sale periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. Our team works diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

2. While we aim to send orders in the sequence they are received, warehouse workflows may require some orders to be shipped out of order based on product availability and operational efficiency.

3. Once orders have been handed to the courier, Kaladé cannot influence or control transit delays. Please monitor your tracking link for updates. If you notice an issue, contact our customer care team at info@kalade.com.

4. Express Post refers only to the courier’s faster transit method and does not accelerate internal processing or place your order at the front of the Kaladé warehouse queue.

5. Dispatch times, processes, and fulfilment methods may be adjusted at Kaladé’s discretion.

DISCOUNTS

1. All Black Friday Sale discounts are final and will be automatically applied to selected items.

2. No additional discount codes or promotions can be used during the Black Friday Sale period.

3. Welcome codes, loyalty vouchers, PR codes, influencer codes and other promotional codes will be disabled for the duration of the sale and reactivated once the event ends.

4. The Kaladé Black Friday Sale includes a discount of 20% off site wide. Offers apply while stock lasts or until ended by Kaladé. Gift cards and digital products are excluded. Kaladé reserves the right to adjust pricing or discount levels at any time throughout the sale.
