Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, they are; our products are dermatologically tested and have gone through sensitive skin testing. However, if irritations occur, it's best to discontinue use. 

Do your products contain any actives that may be harmful to young people?

The 4 initial products in the OG Collection have been specifically formulated to exclude any harsh active ingredients, so they are suitable for young people and those a little older looking for products that are free from any actives. But stay tuned—products with actives are on the way for those ready to amp up their skincare game!

 

 

Are your products fragrance-free?

Our IYKYK Daily Moisturiser and Glow Up Face Oil are both fragrance-free. Our Hydration Era Body Moisturiser and CEO of Cleanser are both lightly fragranced using the essential oil Ylang Ylang, which also has some amazing benefits for your skin.

Are your products tested on animals?

Our brand and products are proudly cruelty-free, so none of our products are tested on animals. 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly made right here in Australia. Our manufacturing facility is located in NSW, with our distributor located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently our products are shipped within Australia and also to New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Canada, South Africa, the Philippines, and Europe. 

Who owns Kaladé?

Kaladé is owned and operated by Kat, Latisha, Déjà and Jonathan Clark. 

Can I buy your products IRL?

Right now, Kaladé products are available only through our website.
