How It Works
1. Give it a real chance. Skincare takes time - most people see a difference between 2–4 weeks of consistent use. We ask that you use the product as directed before submitting a claim.

2. Complete the Skin Guarantee Form. Tell us what happened, how you used it, and how long you've been using it. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help.

3. Wait to hear from us. Please don't send anything back until our Skin Team gets in touch. We'll confirm your claim and give you exact instructions - usually within 1–2 business days.

4. Send it back. Once approved, return the product using a tracked service. Return postage is at your expense. Keep your tracking number - we're not responsible for anything lost in transit.

5. Get your refund. Once we receive and check the product, your refund is processed. Back in your account, no fuss.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service and keep your receipt.

Can I claim on a bundle?

Sometimes it's not the whole routine — it might just be one product your skin isn't vibing with. If that's the case, we'll assess that specific product individually.
