These terms and conditions apply to the Kaladé End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale. By placing an order during the sale period, you agree to the following terms.
Sale Period
The EOFY Sale is available for a limited time only. Kaladé reserves the right to end the sale at any time without prior notice.
Discount
Sale prices are as marked on the website. EOFY Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion, or offer - this includes but is not limited to codes such as Welcome, referral codes, and loyalty rewards.
Eligible Products
The EOFY Sale applies to selected Kaladé products only. Any product excluded from the sale will be marked as such at the time of purchase.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Kaladé reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund.
Stock Availability
All sale items are subject to availability. No rain checks will be issued on sold-out items.
Orders
By placing an order during the EOFY Sale, you are making an offer to purchase. Kaladé reserves the right to cancel any order placed in error or where fraud is suspected. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled by us.
Shipping
Standard Kaladé shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply during the sale period. Increased order volumes during sale periods may result in longer than usual dispatch and delivery times.

Changes to Terms
Kaladé reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time during the sale period without prior notice.
